How can I track my order?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 28-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, jewelry and certain beauty products cannot be returned.
Do you offer Next Day Delivery?
Yes, we offer Next Day Delivery for UK customers. To receive your order the following day, please ensure you place your order before the cutoff time specified at checkout, typically 10 PM GMT.

Can I cancel or amend my order once it's placed?
Because we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, we are unable to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been confirmed. However, you can return unwanted items for a refund once you receive them.
